Personal data we process

Stichting CHIP processes your personal data when you use our services and/or when you provide them. Below you will find an exhaustive list of the personal data we process:
- First and last name
- Address
- Telephone number(s)
- Email address
- IP address
- Any other details you actively provide, e.g. by making a profile on our website, in correspondence or by
- Your internet browser en type of device
- Bank account number

Particularly sensitive data

Our website and/or services do not have the intention of collection any data about visitors of our website below 16 years of age, unless they have permission of their parents. However, we cannot check whether visitors are above 16. Therefore, we advise parents to be involved in online activities of their children, to prevent data being collected without their permission. If you are convinced that we have acted without the necessary permission, please contact our board through, we will remove the information.

For what purpose and on what basis do we process data

Stichting CHIP processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- Processing your payment
- Sending our newsletter and/or
- Contacting you for the fulfilment of our services

Stichting CHIP does not take any decisions which can have (significant) consequences for persons based on automated data processing.

How long do we save personal data

Stichting CHIP uses only essential and functional cookies and analytic cookies which do not encroach on your privacy. Cookies are small files that are stored on your end device. Please blacken your photograph, the MRZ (machine readable zone, that is the part with numbers at the bottom), passport number and social security number. This we ask to protect your privacy.
